MaiCoin Group is Taiwan's leading legal digital asset trading group employing blockchain technology. Founded in 2013, it is a pioneer in Taiwan’s cryptocurrency industry, serving over one million users. MaiCoin is committed to driving digital asset adoption through blockchain infrastructure and cryptocurrency applications, offering secure and diverse solutions. The group provides digital asset trading, derivative products, and enterprise blockchain solutions through MaiCoin’s, MAX Exchange, AMIS blockchain infrastructure, and Qubic’s blockchain and NFT services. MaiCoin digital asset brokerage platform and MAX Exchange pioneered the world’s first fiat trust custody model, and in 2021, they led the industry in completing the AML compliance statement required by Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC). In 2025, the group’s subsidiary, Modernity Financial Technologies, Ltd., achieved company-wide ISO 27001 certification and completed AML registration with the FSC. MaiCoin also operates the Bade Business Office (MaiCoin Taipei Store), located in Taipei’s Bade commercial district.

OUR SERVICES
MaiCoin Digital Asset Trading Platform
Launched in 2014, it provides secure, high-liquidity, and round-the-clock trading for individuals and businesses. It supports TWD, USD deposits and withdrawals, and various cryptocurrencies, offering payment options like bank transfers and TWD/USD balances. Services include recurring crypto purchases and MaiCoin PAY. In 2021, it completed Taiwan FSC AML compliance.  In 2024, MaiCoin achieved ISO 27001 international information security certification, and in 2025 further expanded this to cover the entire company, while also completing the FSC’s AML registration.

MAX Exchange
Launched in 2018, it supports TWD and major digital asset trading, offering strategy bots and investment tools. It pioneered a fiat fund custody mechanism, providing deep market liquidity, a high-speed matching engine, and multi-layered risk control. It complies with Taiwan FSC AML regulations, completing the compliance statement in 2021. It achieved ISO 27001 certification in 2024, and in 2025 further obtained company-wide ISO 27001 certification and completed the FSC’s AML registration.

AMIS: Asset Custody
Founded in 2016, AMIS Technologies is one of the founding members of the Ethereum Alliance. It holds exclusive patents, including the Istanbul BFT and Alice HTSS technologies. AMIS focuses on expanding PoS protocols and Layer 2 frameworks, while providing customized blockchain solutions and enterprise-grade custody services. AMIS Custody passed SOC 2 Type I and Type II security audits and received ISO 27001 certification in 2021, and successfully maintained both SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications in 2023.
