To advance environmental sustainability, we actively engage in reforestation and coastal protection. These initiatives include multiple tree-planting events where our employees have collectively planted over 250 trees along coastlines. Furthermore, the Group has launched several charitable NFTs: for every NFT purchased, our partners plant and maintain a tree for three years. Each tree is estimated to sequester approximately 5 to 10 kg of carbon emissions annually.

The Group is dedicated to optimizing low-carbon operations. Internally, we have long promoted a "paperless office" by integrating digital workflows and HR management platforms to digitize approvals and documentation, significantly reducing paper waste. We also proactively address the carbon footprint of mining activities. In 2021, we collaborated with South Pole to purchase carbon credits and were awarded a Carbon Neutral Certificate, offsetting 75 tons of greenhouse gas emissions as part of our commitment to achieving net-zero goals.

Established in 2021, our charitable NFT platform, "Modern Commune," integrates blockchain technology with social causes. By collaborating with various NGOs to launch NFT collections, we provide digital empowerment for fundraising and advocacy. We leverage our corporate influence to support environmental conservation and social welfare, consistently creating positive social value.

We take pride in our long-term support for the triathlon community. For five consecutive years, we have sponsored the IRONMAN 70.3 Kenting, while also supporting our employees and professional Taiwanese triathletes in domestic and international competitions. Our physical stores also host sports-themed talks featuring professional athletes who share their training experiences and the spirit of sportsmanship, encouraging the public to adopt healthy lifestyles and contributing to the development of Taiwan’s sports culture.

Adhering to the principles of compliant operations, Modernity Financial Technologies Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, completed its Anti-Money Laundering (AML) registration with the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) in 2025. We operate under standards equivalent to those of financial institutions for AML and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), meeting requirements for information security, transparent disclosure, user protection, operational safety, and financial soundness. The Virtual Asset Service Act was promulgated by the President on July 22, 2026, with the official effective date to be announced by the Executive Yuan. MaiCoin Group will proactively apply for a business license while continuing to strengthen our compliance governance and risk management.

In 2026, MaiCoin Group’s subsidiaries, Modernity Financial Technologies Co., Ltd., and AMIS Technologies Co., Ltd., once again passed the ISO 27001 international information security certification with zero non-conformities. This marks the fourth consecutive year that our subsidiaries have achieved this certification. This year, through a joint group-wide verification, we have demonstrated a highly unified information security defense system, showcasing group-level security resilience and excellence in governance that meets international standards.
